Hi Friends!
The last few months have been rife with travel for me and it’s not quite over yet! On Saturday June 8th I will be giving an autobio comics workshop at Ladyfest Philly with the wonderful Ramsey Beyer. Come to Locust Moon Comics from 12-1 to learn why we draw about ourselves, and then take a crack at drawing your own biography as a mini comic! There are also tons of really great bands playing all weekend, as well as a zine reading at 3pm that I will also be taking part in, and best of all, the event is a fundraiser for Women in Transition and Project SAFE. Attending Ladyfest helps fund crucial organizations that advocate for women! How could you not come?!
But with the great news comes the bad news, which is that I will no longer be attending CAKE in Chicago. Sorry, my dear midwesterners, but the travel schedule got too rigorous. You’ll see me next year for sure!
