Yesterday it was officially announced online that I am writing a 4 issue mini-series for Kaboom!, based on the Cartoon Network show Clarence. This is a very new and exciting opportunity for me, given that I have written a comic script for someone else to draw only once before (for an upcoming issue of Kaboom’s Steven Universe comic), and I am equally excited that the talented Evan Palmer will be my partner, doing the artwork for this series. I am a fan of the show Clarence, and I hope to bring the same vibrant energy and enthusiasm that the characters have on TV to the printed page.
Look for it on the stands in June, and if you order a subscription, you’ll get a special, limited edition cover to the first issue, drawn by ME! (more details on that when ordering links are up)
